In 2003, Christie was just starting out in real estate, where her broker at the time told her “It’s not about selling, it’s about matchmaking. We’re matching the right house up with the right people”.  That idea has become the cornerstone of her real estate career.

Christie is recognized for her expertise in residential, lakefront, relocation, and unique properties throughout the greater Erie area and Erie County. She enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and her candid honesty and ability to be a leader sets her apart in the field.

In addition to her experience in the local real estate market, Christie focuses her attention on clients and their individual needs. With extensive knowledge of industry tools and a keen sense of negotiating strategies, she is a formidable force in the real estate market, and works tirelessly to improve her skills.

Prior to gaining her real estate license, Christie received a bachelor’s degree from SUNY College in Buffalo. She resides in Erie with her husband Paul Czarnecki, who owns Tri-State Taxidermy Studio and Tri-State Fishing Charters, a sportfishing charter business in Point Breeze, NY.
